Proof of Concept
The iRise Mindfulness Program offers a 1-month proof of concept designed to introduce mindfulness and emotional regulation practices to a small group of 20 students. This introductory course provides two 90-minute classes per week, where students will engage in mindfulness techniques such as breathwork, guided meditation, and mindful movement, helping them develop essential tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
This short-term pilot is perfect for schools looking to evaluate the impact of mindfulness on student well-being before committing to a larger implementation. Over the course of the month, students will learn practical skills for self-regulation, reducing anxiety, and improving focus, while also benefiting from a supportive, group-based environment that fosters emotional growth and peer connection.
At the end of the proof of concept, schools will have a clear understanding of how mindfulness practices can positively affect student mental health, academic performance, and classroom dynamics, paving the way for broader integration of the iRise program.
