About Us
Hi, my name is Cory Michaud. For years, my work focused on helping adults manage stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation through mindfulness and nervous system awareness. While I’ve seen incredible transformations in adults, I realized how impactful it would be to introduce these tools earlier in life—especially during adolescence when habits, resilience, and coping mechanisms are still forming. Adolescents today face unprecedented challenges, from academic pressure to social media stress, and they often lack the skills to manage their mental and emotional well-being. This realization led me to shift my focus toward working with teens and adolescents, knowing that if we can empower them early with mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques, we can set them up for long-term success and well-being. My goal is to give them the tools they need now, before stress and anxiety become deeply ingrained.
At iRise, our mission is to create safe, supportive environments in schools where students, teachers, and parents can learn essential skills to build long-term mental well-being. By integrating mindfulness into everyday life, we help adolescents navigate stress, reduce anxiety, and foster emotional growth—all while promoting a culture of mental wellness and resilience.
