A new Culture
The iRise Mindfulness Program offers a complete, turnkey solution for integrating mindfulness and emotional regulation practices across the entire student population. Over the course of 3 months, classes rotate three times a week, ensuring all students participate in sessions focused on breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and mind-body awareness. These practices equip students with lifelong tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges, while fostering emotional resilience and self-awareness.
In addition to student workshops, iRise provides comprehensive training for teachers and staff, empowering them with the skills to manage their own stress and avoid burnout. More importantly, this training prepares educators to continue leading the mindfulness courses after the onboarding period is complete. By the time iRise leaves, the school will be fully equipped to sustain the program independently, seamlessly integrating mindfulness into the school’s culture.
This turnkey approach ensures that when iRise exits, the school community is ready to carry forward these practices, creating a lasting impact on both student well-being and the overall learning environment.
